Prior to the auction sale, all intending bidders are advised to:-

(i) inspect the property;
(ii) conduct land searches (official as well as private);
(iii) make a relevant enquiry with the developer, landowner and/or appropriate authorities; and
(iv) obtain a copy of the Proclamation of Sale

All intending bidders are required to deposit FIVE per cent (5%) of the reserve price by bank draft during the auction date

NOTE :
Any arrears of quit rent, assessment rate & maintenance charges to any relevant authority or the Developer up to the date of auction sale of the subject property shall be paid by the Assignee (BANK) out of the balance purchase money
