He claims that the developer delivered bad workmanship and cheap furnishing as the walls and tiles cracked. Considering that most of the new developments in Mont Kiara are well furnished with urban and modern color themes, both of Hartamas Regency condominiums are painted with colors of the 1990s.As for investment, Hartamas Regency 2 is a little overpriced due to its location, which is said to be in Mont Kiara vicinity and its ultra-modern features.
