The management has tightened and upgraded the security since then. Like all condominiums, in order to maintain these basic facilities, the pools should be cleaned at least twice a week due to the users in abundance. However, it has been found that the lap pool is placed about 7 feet away from Block A which had a few changes in development going on, making sand and small rocks as big as ping pong balls falls into the pool. Despite that, this debris collects and increases as each day passes by and doesnt get cleaned out. They are harmful to swimmers; especially children.Moreover, once the construction was done and the pool was cleaned out, some residents complained that at times, it was found that the pool was slimy and had discolored along the sides due to the presence of algae. This easily shows that cleanliness isnt taken seriously here and basic facilities arent well maintained.The strategic location of Rivercity makes traveling and moving about easy, but not without any downfalls.
