As this building can be acknowledged for its well equipped state and stunning architecture, it has to be said that nothing is perfect and Rivercity has its share of flaws too.There were many complaints about the security guards. The management has tightened and upgraded the security since then. Besides, the main entrance security guards will check the visitors, and also every entrance to the 3 different blocks will have security guards as well.In addition to that, regular daily patrols by security guards at arent carried out accordingly. It is indeed disappointing to know that the fees you pay which included safely and security services go to waste. Furthermore, the intercom services are always out of order making communications between the guards and residents inefficient and difficult which impedes the need to be warned during emergencies and under urgent situations.Rivercity has two swimming pools, one family pool and one lap pool. Like all condominiums, in order to maintain these basic facilities, the pools should be cleaned at least twice a week due to the users in abundance. However, it has been found that the lap pool is placed about 7 feet away from Block A which had a few changes in development going on, making sand and small rocks as big as ping pong balls falls into the pool. Despite that, this debris collects and increases as each day passes by and doesnt get cleaned out. They are harmful to swimmers; especially children.Moreover, once the construction was done and the pool was cleaned out, some residents complained that at times, it was found that the pool was slimy and had discolored along the sides due to the presence of algae. This easily shows that cleanliness isnt taken seriously here and basic facilities arent well maintained.The strategic location of Rivercity makes traveling and moving about easy, but not without any downfalls. The hassle in getting around lies in the traffic jams just outside the condo. Not only are the roads always congested, traffic gets heavier during peak hours.
