JOB DESCRIPTION:-

* Proactively engage customers to pitch credit cards to them:
- Competent and able to explain product offering, product promotion and cedit criteria to the customers
- Able to pre-qualify prospect based on specific creteria
- Able to identify customers needs and pitch the right card/ product based on indentified needs
- Cross-sell and up sell other products based on customers needs
* Generate new leads on acquisition purposes
* Project a positive and approachable image at all times
* Complete and submit all applications in a timely manner
* Take ownership on customer complaints and probolems. Know the escalation process for complaints and problems resolution and handle as appropriate
* Observe the banks performance standards and professionalism and code of conduct at all times.

* Fair command of English ( All training and documentation English based)
* Strong selling skills
* Strong customer orientation
* Good articulation and communication skills
* Able to build rapport and engage customers
* Strong interpersonal skill
* Good listening skills
* Speak Multilingual (ie English, Bahasa Malayu and Mandarin) would be an added advantage

Qualification:-

* SPM with min 3-5 years track record, Diploma holders min 2 years
* Proven sales track record in relevant sales environment (Banking, insurance, major FMCGs, Telco)
