To support all aspect of HR Functions
Provide support for selection interviews and assessment tests
Assist in on boarding activities, always ensuring new hires are well received into the organization;
Continuously propose IT intervention to re-engineer / enhance current HR processes (eg: eRecruitment, Company Portal, etc);
Present and have a stake in HR KPIs
Carry out new hire survey and exit interviews to improve an existing welfare;
Manage internship programme.
Prepare monthly Headcount Reports
