Job Description
• Expanded and promoted brand
• Analyzing the market situation, creating and developing the marketing plans and marketing strategies for the project of the company Coordinating with the internal people from various departments to find out what is the most suitable demand and supply for maximize the customer satisfaction
• Responsible for new property project planning until launching the project to the market
• Coordinating with the suppliers for the process of launching the new project to customers
• Coordinating with the internal people from various departments to find out what is the most suitable demand and supply for maximize the project owner and customer satisfaction
• Coordinating with property agent to expand channel for promoted and sell the project
• Developing the new channel in order to increase the sales of the company and the customers can buy the project in the easier way
• Conducting the trade promotion to the customers of the Brand
• Maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships by providing the special programs or special events to retain the satisfaction from the project owner and end project user customers

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing plan and promotional activities
• Computer literacy in Microsoft programs
• Good teamwork and good human relation
• Proactive, creative, well-organized, well-mannered and self-motivated
• Able to work under pressure with responsibility and service mind
• Able to work during weekends, holidays and/or overtime
• Own transportation is an advantage
