Min RM 1500 : Customer Service Executive
Responsibilities:
•Able to verify subscribers NRIC number before revealing any accounts information.
•Able to handle all enquiries (within the same area)
•Able to escalate and seek approval from TL
•Provide quality customer service over the phone.
•To capture all relevant information on internal systems.
•To work to agreed productivity and quality standards(eg Log on time ).
•Deliver an excellent customer service skill to meet & exceed customers’ needs.
•Comply to Key Performance Indicators ( KPI ) being set.
•Assist Team Leader when required.
•To participate fully in the team, taking part in team meetings, giving feedback and ideas to colleagues and Team Leaders.
•To proactively identify areas for service and procedural improvements.
•To respond positively and openly to feedback from Team Leader and put into practice advice on how to improve.
•Assume the responsibility of buddy & mentor as and when required.
Requirements:
•Excellent communication skills in English.
•Ability to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.
•Dynamic, highly motivated, a result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills.
•Individuals with exceptional customer
Salary Min RM 1500
Location : Selangor / Kuala Lumpur
