Ensure that the schools systems, practices, procedures adhere to the KinderGolf Standard Operating
Procedures
Provide excellent service to customers including attending to customers inquiries, attending to walk-ins
and parents needs
Ensure that the centers administrative and housekeeping duties are duly completed
Ensure center scheduling is done in the most efficient and profitable way to the center
Ensure that the schools stock is in order and maintain adequate quantities
Monitor student movement at the center, including sign-ups, withdrawals, deferments and
disappearances
—Supervising & Marketing
Strive to achieve center target for student enrollment and retention rate.
Ensure that reports are duly completed and submitted to Management, including ad-hoc reporting
requirements
Chair the weekly Center Meetings; draw feedback and suggestions from golf trainees with the purpose
of improving the school
Attend local networking and community events to promote awareness of KinderGolf and generate new
business for KinderGolf
Constantly look for opportunities to improve the center operations
Assist the school in all KinderGolf events and special projects (e.g. roadshows, golf camps,
workshops, competitions)
Provide feedback, suggestions and solutions to problems with the purpose of improving the school
Mentor and lead golf trainees
Formulate work initiatives from time to time in order to improve staff productivity
