Order and Sales Lead Time and Method
1 week Customer place order, due date 03 December 09
– Open for customer’s order.
Customer must email IDS by the following format:

Email subject/title: Order of Passport Keeper
1)Product code: IDSPASS03DEC
2)Order quantity (100/300pcs):

4)Customer’s name:
5)Customer’s phone number:
6)Customer’s email:
7)Customer’s Bank name: account number:

3 days (04 December 09 – 07 December 09)
- Customer proceed to the payment within 3 days
Once Payment done, customers email IDS the following information:

Email subject/title: Order of Passport Keeper

2)Order quantity (100/300pcs):
3)Price:
4)Customer’s name:
5)Customer’s phone number:
6)Customer’s email:
7)Customer’s Bank name: account number:
8)Customer’s shipping Address:

11)Bank receipt

2 days – IDS proceed on customer’s order, IDS will send status update via email
7-10 days – 7- 10 days lead time to receive from supplier
2 days – IDS arrange shipping to customer, IDS will send status update via email and Shipping tracking number

Rules and Regulations:

1.Customer must agree and follow IDS’s rules and regulations.
2.IDS will inform customer if there are any shortages of the item.
3.IDS will check any damage on the items before ship to customer, any damage or spoilt occurred during shipping must return within 3 days, shipping fees paid by customer. IDS will investigate the problem before any decision made.
4.If customer fails to make the payment in 3 days time, customer’s order will be canceled.
5.Customer must follow IDS’s format and provide correct and clear information, IDS is not responsible to any wrong address or any mistake from customer.
6.No refund after payment done.
7.Color of the actual products might vary compare to photos. IDS are not responsible for any color mismatch.
